Our Story
EU Mandate & Co. was born from firsthand experience of the coordination chaos that UK and US businesses face when entering the European market.
The typical journey looks like this: you hire a law firm for entity formation, then a different firm for tax, another for VAT registration, someone else for a nominee director, and a logistics broker to find a warehouse. Our Methodology
Week 1–2
We assess your business model, EU market objectives, compliance requirements, and operational needs. You receive a detailed scope document with exact pricing — no ranges, no surprises.
Week 2–4
Your Polish Sp. z o.o. is transferred or formed, nominee directors appointed, registered office established, and KRS filings completed. AML/KYC due diligence runs in parallel.
Week 4–8
VAT-OSS registration, EU business bank account opening, fiscal representation setup, and any required regulatory registrations (GPSR, GDPR Art. 27, IOSS, EPR) are completed.
Week 8–12
If fulfilment is in scope, your 3PL partner is onboarded and tested. You begin invoicing EU customers with full compliance. We transition into ongoing management and quarterly reporting.
